Milos Forman’s «One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest»

This picture stands out even among other great movies made in the 70s – probably the finest decade for American cinema. It became the second of only three movies to win all five major Academy Awards. It’s considered one of the best films ever made. Because for 40 years it has kept telling us something very important about ourselves. Something that may prove to be particularly important today. During our upcoming session on September 22, at 7p.m., we will be talking about Milos Forman’s “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”. There will be no screening before discussion so you would be advised to watch/rewatch the movie yourself before attending. Meetings are held in English.
