American cultural center invites you on Sunday, December 13, at 3 p.m. to overwhelming lecture by Chertogi Razuma (Rus. for «Mind palace») edutainment-bureau.

The team of Chertogi Razuma is fighting a stereotype that history as a discipline and lectures as a format are not exciting, so they are constantly making the process of knowledge sharing interactive and incredibly entertaining. The list of Chertogi’s educational activities includes 3 summer educational programs at the Gorky Park, lectures at FLACON design factory and ArtPlay art cluster, lectures at Usadba Jazz and Afisha Picnic festivals. The upcoming lecture will be devoted to the story of Russian villains in American movies. And there have been many: boxing champ Ivan Drago, ushanka-wearing wrench-wielding astronaut from «Armageddon», villains from Bondiana movies, fierce Russian agents from «Homeland» series and many, many others! We will recall, discuss and watch some good movies!

The lecture will be held in English.
