Practice English and develop your Project Management skills with our series of Project Management workshops. At our workshops, you will learn handy tools and techniques, which help manage a project effectively. You will apply new knowledge in entertaining test activities and put into practice-acquired skills by playing fun business games. The exciting atmosphere will help you forget that English is not your mother tongue and you will gain more confidence in your speaking ability.

Next time we will proceed with our exploration of Agile Project Management! After planning, we turn to executing projects in the agile project environment. The participants will discuss how to plan a sprint, what is the purpose of daily scrums, why it is important to get customer feedback, the role of retrospective in continuous improvement of project performance. There will be an opportunity to practice in sprint planning and using a sprint board, as well as brainstorm ideas on how to improve the ways of Agile application.
